Stage One, Inc. will process your requirements in a prompt and efficient manner within our range of manufacturing. Please furnish us with a completed description, prints, or disk for AutoCAD, plus a sample of the parts if possible (information and sample parts with inquiries may not be returned).

Tolerances will be held as required by furnished print or print submitted by Stage One for your approval.

Overruns specified at the time of order. Shipments will be complete unless you request a special release.

Cancellations and change orders are subject to our approval with costs incurred.

Shipments of orders will be per purchase order or up to two weeks before delivery date unless otherwise specified. A carrier will be the most timely and cost-effective way unless you request other modes of transportation. All shipments are forwarded freight collect unless prior arrangements have been made. Damaged or shortages due to shipping should be filed with the carrier. We will assist you in any way we can.

Shipping documents include packing list plus any other information that you may require attached to shipping container. This is at our discretion unless you furnish us with containers.
